Show Rules
Halter classes will be judged simultaneously by two judges, for breed and workmanship.
- Every entrant is responsible for their behavior and how they conduct themselves. Please be considerate of others and courteous at all times.
- Do not pick up other showers horses without permission and please be wary of bumping tables. You break it, you bought it.
- Judges decisions are final.
- Entries are limited to TWO (2) horses per person, per class. We don't want to overwhelm our judges. :)
- Halter classes may be split by judges discretion if needed. No halters, set-ups, or handlers in the halter classes please.
Tags
All models must be tagged! Hooftoberfest 2014 will use the EMCAT entrant numbers for all entrants and their horses. If you DO NOT already have an Entrant Number, email Daralyn Wallace (at [email protected]).
The front of the tag should have ONLY the model’s entry number, breed and gender showing. ONLY this side should be where the judge can see it. The tag back can have the model's name and your name so you can ID them if you lose a tag.

Horse ListsA LIST of all your horses must be turned in to the show holder before you leave the show or submitted by email. This is the exhibitor’s responsibility; if you fail to turn in a list, you risk losing NAMHSA qualifications and your horses’ names will not appear in the results. The show manager will NOT track down those who fail to submit a list.
